Watercolor of Roses by L.C. AtkinsonItem# 12643 Circa 1910 20" high by 25" wide This is a lovely water color of pastel roses by listed artist L.C. Atkinson. The painting is signed bottom right and custom framed by Venetia Thompson of Principally Pictures for my design studio in the 1980's. The water color is matted with vintage green silk velvet and embellished with green silk French lingerie ribbons. The artist Atkinson is listed in Falk's 1999 Who's Who in American Art 1564-1975 on page 3724. He was exhibited Art Institute of Chicago. Little is known about this artist but his roses are on a par of Paul & Raul De Longpre. This painting is in a gold simple frame in very good condition. This is it's first time on the market from my own collection. $1,195
