This is a lovely original Fall Impressionist landscape by Washington artist Florence Everhart 1894-1975.

The listed artist was a prominent member of the Society of Washington Artists. The painting features a gently rolling landscape of changing Fall colors. It is signed lower right and in excellent condition. It retains it’s original Oak frame. The painting itself measures 19¾″ long by 15¾″ high.
