This is a chatelaine necklace or belt created by using ornate parts of vintage watches. They are mostly gold plated in an interesting arrangements. The workmanship on the various pieces is exceptional. The piece has come apart in several place that will require soldering, but they look like simple repairs. The piece has used twenty six pierced and gilted 18th and 19th century watch parts fused into the chatelaine. This is a one of a kind decorative accessory for the most fashion forward or vintage collectors.
