Colorful painted and mache plaque

This homemade plaque was made by Isabella Dean and it is dated 4/1/38. It is titled "Fishing boats Bay of Naples Italy". The plaque has irregular boarders and raised mache boats.

It is highly colorful and a darling decorative accessory. This is an estate piece with proceeds going to a local charity. The condition is not perfect, it has a long scratch and craculature.
