Art Deco jewelry box with a highly decorated interior

This is a wood composition box with a glass top that covers a print of a bored ballerina. The lid lifts with a small brass tab and reveals a fabulous interior.

It has been lined with purple silk velvet and embellished with a bouquet of French lingerie flowers. The perfect place to keep special pieces of jewelry or love letters.

Tiny scuffing where the brass tab drags on opening and several very tiny nicks. Wonderful vintage condition. A treasure of a gift.
