Art glass pumpkin by Stephen Pechon

This is an art glass pumpkin in mottled greens orange and yellows with an amazing twisted iridescent stem. The pumpkin is signed on the bottom.

The piece is finished with an polished pontil. Pechon is an apprentice at the famed Glass Forge in Oregon. Born in California he has worked in the medium of hot glass professionally since 1999. He believes that a true artist is forged in discipline and refined through exploration and introspection.
