Art Deco Platinum, diamond and sapphire ring

This is a lovely platinum engagement ring that was last appraised in January of 1902. It had a replacement price of $7595.00 at that time. I am selling the remaining stock of a retired antiques and fine jewelry dealer and this is one of her items.

The appraisal reads:

Platinum hallmarked ring weighing 2.5 grams containing one diamond and four colored stones.

One round brilliant cut diamond weighing .80 carats and measuring 5.54-5.56 x 3.13 m. The diamond grades G-H color and VS2 in clarity. Four round natural sapphires weighing .08 in total on the sides. The sapphires have a blue hue, medium dark tone, strong saturation and no eye visible inclusions. Inventory 3058.
