English Oak beveled wall mirror with brass hooks & shelf

This is a useful and masculine English Oak coat and hat rack that you might have found in the entry or mud room to an English cottage.

It is serviceable and attractive made of oak with a beveled mirror in the center and two brass bars to hold hats (there were originally three rods). There are also four oversized brass hooks for coats, umbrellas and keys.

It is a perfect addition to any practical modern home and we use it in the back porch as a key and hat holder. We don't ever lose keys anymore because we use the oak shelf. It would also be useful in a powder room for towels stacked on top and drying towels hanging on the hooks. Another way to live with antiques.
