My current favorite shipper is Sterling Van Lines. They were very nice, on time, professional and reasonable. Mid sized items was bubble packed then boxed. Furniture was bubble packed, blanket wrapped, boxed and the taped like a mummy. They can be reached at (800) 264-6313 for a California pick-up. They will arrange a transfer to a van line going to your state and piggyback on a load going East or South. They do not take new clients so mention you were recommended by Nightingale Antiques.
