Czech Amphora flower basket carried by beautiful children

Circa 1945

This is a fully signed Amphora basket that measures 10 1/2" high by 9" wide and 13" long.

It features two beautiful children a boy and a girl. They balance a basket weave porcelain basket applied with pale pink roses. The piece has some condition issues. There are several factory stress cracks and a poor repair of one at the underside at the boy's foot. Both are easily repaired and do not deflect from the charm or use ability of the vase.

I have floated flowers in it every Summer for over twenty years. I have included many pictures so you can get a good overview of the fabulous piece.
