Hungarian Zsolnay reticulated basket on bronze stand

This is a rare and Museum quality Zsolnay basket mounted on a fitted bronze stand. It is an exceptional example of reticulated weaving with accent jewels.

The colors are deep turquoise blue, browns, golds, yellows and pink accents. The porcelain cabochon jewels are bright blue. The bronze stand is fitted to the basket and bolted into place.

The condition is excellent with only light crazing in the bottom inside. This is a piece for the true collector of fine European pottery.
